Infinity, Reliance Money in partnership

INFINITY Financial Solutions, one of Malaysia’s major offshore life brokers, has tied up with India's Reliance Money to offer financial services to non-resident Indians in Malaysia.

Through the partnership, Infinity will offer the entire line of Reliance Money’s life insurance services.

Sir,

Please let me have a article, if none of your staff. officers, customer care, customergrivences cell do not respond to Reliance Money customers for their Trading Windows problems, Limitation etc, where to contact further as Your representatives, staffs, officers are refusing to furnish the Email address/ Mobile nos of Customer Care VP/GM/Head to contact him directly. Shall Appreciate if you please forward me your E mail Address, so that you can also be aware of what is happening in real sense in the reliance money at lower level, middle level and how the customers are suffering.
please note that since morning i.e.from 9:55AM till this time i.e, 1;43, I was could not visualize live window of Insta trade continuously and during this period more than 60 times I was requested for CONNECT after disconnection.

Shall appreciate if you please pay your attention towards customer grivences too.

Sir,

Since morning I am not able to open Insta Trade window in real Live condition and it is either requesting for connect again & again or not updating window even for amoment after getting connected.

Regarding this, since morning, I have posted 5Emails with Screen snaps as attachment to visualize exact problem at their end to your Customer Support Wing with a copy to Customer Grievances too, but till this time no one has showed their curtsy to respond the sufferor.

This is my todays fifth E-Mail since morning when market is openned.

After writting my fourth letter, I was agin trying to open the insta Trade Windoe , but again and Connect request was coming after opening the window. As soon as I was connected, once again Dead live screen is presented before me by your web site as is visual from the attached snap no itw5.

In this window Diagnostic is showing Live Window since 11:36:37, window is still showing time as 11:36:33 Hour while snap taking time is 11:44 Hours.

It means still after passing more than 1Hour50 min your Web site is still not healthy due to yours Server's problem.

Please let me know how long will you people will keep on playing with your customers, since I am not getting neither any reply nor any support nor apolozy.

Please respond me promptly.

You are very humbly requested to please look into this matter personnally and not only resolved the problem but let them be responsible towards rheir customer.

I am awaiting for awriteup from you over your this blog about the working of Customer support and Customer Grivances Cell, as I am extreemly Unhappy with both wing.

I am finding myself helpless to tell my Grivances to a suitable responsible person who can do something as Even Customer Grievances cell is not responding to me.

Not even this problem, but I have a lot of querries which are neither resolved till date nor responded in writing.

Please do somthing for your customer too.

I am once again sorry to inform you that Mr Sanket, the one year old software engineer was deputed to resolve my problems and accordingly at 15:44Hours, he rang me up over my mobile from telephone no. 02232499846 and again started verbal talks as usual instead of written reply.

I asked him to take up my system online, but he refused to do so and asked me to give my system on monday morning at 9:45Hours so that problem solutions can be verified during market hours.

Then I asked that how much time will he take to resolve my problems, he said I can not tell you the time frame. Sir you are so experienced person and I too( being in automation field for last 25 years and has done BE in Electrical in 1982.) very well aware that if you know the root cause of the problem, problem can be resolved in no time, but if you do not know the root cause or want to hide system limitations, will waste time in hit and trial method and solutions will be found.

Just to chek the working of your people I want a report for each and every action in the following format:

Problem #4: Several times when we clik for MARKET DEPTH WINDOW, it is found with all relevant informations but the 5 best BUY an SELL orders found blank.

Problem #5: Most of the window I.e. Market depth window, Order modificatin Window, Order window are made so long, it waste our time in having its full view, or while modifying the orders. These window can be redused in size suitably.

Problem #6: You are providing Intra Day calls for sellin or buing with suitable Stoplosses. After executing Buy or Sell order same has to be SQUARE OFF as per your system. Can you tell me How can we put STOPLOSS order in the existing SQUARE OFF window?
